No expense was spared on this two storey ocean front home. The home was built to be as maintenance free as possible. All fascias and barges were fully capped with Colorbond ™ sheeting and the external walls rendered with Acratex™. Particular attention was given to the first floor raked ceiling so that the western red cedar boards were in a near perfect flat plane.  The home recently won the Master Builders Association Building Excellence Award for Contract Homes $1.5 – $2M.

Extensions, Alterations and Additions to Three Storey Home, Bunbury

The owners of this home sought to convert their existing house into a truly luxurious 3 storey home with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, Cape Naturaliste and the hills.  It is one of Bunbury’s most desirable homes, built to withstand a wind load rating of N4/C2.  The project was successfully completed within 18 months.

Renovations to Two Storey Residence, Bunbury

The owners of this home requested a first floor office addition over the existing garage. The garage floor level was initially lowered to allow a 3.2m high motor home to pass under the office . An additional 2 car garage was built to the rear of the property. The new office featured a raked western red ceiling  and polished concrete floor.  The existing ensuite was also renovated.

Rammed Earth Home, Roelands

This home was built with 300mm thick externally and 200mm thick internally, 3 metre high rammed earth walls. The home faces true north on a large rural property. Commercial framed double glazed windows ensured the energy efficiency rating of this home was in excess of 6 stars. The home also features large areas of polished concrete flooring.

The owners requested BBC to undertake the “complexing” of their modular home, construction of a 3 car garage, timber decking and all siteworks.

The houses were built with front and rear first floor balconies, overlooking the beach and the Bunbury Port. The houses won an MBA Award for Construction Excellence in Dwellings over $500,000
