Part Demolition and Reconstruction of Two Storey Flats, Bunbury

This Class 2, building approximately 40m long, 10m wide and 6m high, required the removal of the outer leaf of brickwork to the cavity wall. The bricks were removed from the top down and then rebuilt from the ground up, building in new epoxy painted lintels. In order to avoid potential instability the work was carried out in sections incorporating new construction/control joints.
